Resources By Module
We’ve organized our support resources based upon each module. These resources include, Tooltips, Past Webinars, How To Videos, What’s New and Documents. We hope this makes locating the correct help easier.
Join us to learn how to operate on a higher level from the PubWorks pros. PubWorks expert’s will host these hour long sessions that will be informative and enlightening. All webinars are offered to customers for no charge.
Here you will find Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to many of our modules. These are one-page documents (front and back) that give you quick pointers how to use PubWorks. These are handy to print off and have near your work station.
On December 2nd, 2022 gWorks acquired PubWorks to bring a unified customer experience to small local governments. PubWorks will now operate under the gWorks brand. This acquisition marks a significant step for gWorks in its mission to broaden our geographical reach and to provide the most reliable and easy-to-use software solutions to empower small and medium-sized local governments. This partnership will create a company well-positioned to serve our mutual customers. Together, we serve 2,500 local governments across 48 states.
