I would like to manage Departmentalization in PubWorks but I do not have access to the Departmentalization Assignment Screen, the selection is grayed out. How do I gain access?

1.) Log into PubWorks as an Administrator.  Open the User Powers and Preferences screen (System > User Powers).  Click the desired User Powers Record to give Departmentalization Assignment Screen Access.  Open the Miscellaneous tab.  Check the box marked Department Add/Modify/Delete.

2.) Exit PubWorks.  Reopen and log into PubWorks.  Departmentalization is now available in the System menu.
