If you are filtering activities, the “Filter” tab will have an * displayed.
To remove the filter:
Step 1. Click ”Filter*” button on the Activity Screen
Step 2. Click “Clear Filter” button
Step 3. Click “Set Filter” and this will now show all activities in your system.
VOILA… activity records found…..they were right where you left them.
To return to the filtered status:
Activity Screen > Filter > Change (Timeframe) > Set the new Timeframe > Set Filter
