Update Rates

The Update Rates screen now has the ability to update any rate for employees.

It used to be, when trying to update rates for employees, you were forced to update all rates, now you can update any rate you wish.

Note that the Base, Regular and Overtime rate check boxes are all enabled for flexible selection.
